Your credit card information is not stored on website's servers.

Here at NFIAESTHETICS.COM we are consumers and buyers ourselves thus we understand the fears of online frauds and credit card scams. Paypal offers Buyer protection and favors consumers by providing a secure gateway and good refund policies. This is why we advocate using Paypal to complete your transactions here safely without any credit card risks. We suggest paid with paypal account logged in for the safe.

4. Click on "Accept" when asked to create a new PayPal account if you on't have one. Your order will then be complete.

Why I am not being re-directed to the PayPal payment page?

There might be an error with your browser's PayPal cookies. To fix this, try deleting your cookies.

Why is PayPal not accepting my credit card?

Please double check the credit card details you have inputted in the PayPal payment page. If you have already ensured that all your details are correct, there is a possibility that you currently own a PayPal account and that it is already linked to your credit card. If that is the case, you can either log into your PayPal account and proceed with payment, or use another credit card to complete the purchase instead.

Why am I unable to find a "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option?

Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow direct credit card payment under certain circumstances. This could be due to your geographical location, or the ownership of a PayPal account. You could try to circumvent this problem by deleting your cookies.

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter "?" to "c".
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.
Typically we need around 5 days to complete your one of a kind custom artwork, and about two week or three to ship it straight to your door.Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 4 business weeks or longer, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place.However our times can vary depending on demand and our backlogs. We will try our best to keep customers informed of these turn around times via email or on the Order Status Page.
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

No at this time we can not due to the customs situation in every country varies. We can't guarantee items when they are shipped out side America for specific Delivery Dates.
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We processes orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after a week from the day you completed your payment.(Except for personalized/customized products)

Free shipping can be applied to orders that meet the minimum amount required, excluding discounted, sale, and oversized/overweight products. Your order will be shipped using economy shipping.
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.Typically, your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order is shipped.

Additional charges may apply on some orders to select countries (i.e., sales tax and duties). These charges are determined by the import and customs regulations of the destination country. Unfortunately, these charges are not included in your total during checkout and are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Those fees are different depending on the length of travel and the country of orgin, so we are not able to purchase or pre-pay your duty tax when we print our shipping labels.
Due to our turn around times and how we produce our orders we sometimes will ship items out separate from each other if it means getting them to you faster so you don't wait. We want to get you items as fast as possible.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. For a list of final sale items, please see our Returns Policy. All returns should be in original condition with packaging intact.
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Usually if a package is returned to us it was because of an invalid address, or mistakes made by the shipping providers we use. You can contact our customer support team and we'll update or confirm a working address to re-ship the item.
We do not remove reviews because they are critical. However, we will remove reviews that do not follow our guidelines.
