How to use:
1.Clean and dry your face.2.Turn the device on.
3.Wear the equipped goggles.
4.Apply the therapy head to the acne area.
5.Keep the device still for 5 minutes.
6.Remove the therapy head after 3 beeps.
7.Repeat previous steps to treat other area.
8.After use, apply a mask for best result.
Note:
1.Do not use the device on severe acne skin before consult the dermatologist.2.Never look directly at the light as this could lead to eye injury. When use the device, please wear the equipped goggles.
3.Do not use the device if you have had sunburn within the past 2 weeks.
4.The device is not waterproof. Do not rinse it with water or immerse it into water
5.Test the device on a less sensitive area, such as the inner arm, before beginning treatment on the face.
6.To protect the lifespan of the battery, charge the device once every 3 months when it is not in use for a long time of period
7.Avoid excessive use,or it may cause skin burns or injuries.Do not apply the treatment to a spot more than 3 times 8.daily.Leave a minimum time of 4 hours between each treatment.
9.Do not press the acne on your skin at random, or it may cause scar leaving.
10.Keep out of reach of children and babies.Children should not use or play with the device.
RETURNS POLICY
- Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
- Only items purchased directly from https://nfiaesthetics.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
- Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
- Returns made without receipt may be refused. NFIAESTHETICS reserves the right to deny any return.

Orders will be processed within 3 days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.(Except for personalized/customized products)

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability
